You will receive an email for temporary registration to the entered email address. By tapping the URL in the email and setting your password on the displayed page, you can log in.<br>\n\t\t\t<span class=\"faq-inner-title\">Registration via Google Account<\/span>\n\t\t\tOn the ReBORN home screen, tap [Continue with Google] > [Continue], and you can log in through your Google account.\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n\t<details class=\"details\">\n\t\t<summary class=\"details-summary\">Forgot Password<\/summary>\n\t\t<div class=\"details-content\">\n\t\t\tYou can reset your password.<br>\n\t\t\tPlease log out and follow the steps from [Continue with Email address] > [Forgot password?] to perform the reset.\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n\t<details class=\"details\">\n\t\t<summary class=\"details-summary\">When you want to log out<\/summary>\n\t\t<div class=\"details-content\">\n\t\t\tTo log out, tap on [Log Out] from the [Profile] section.\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n\n\t<h2>Subscription<\/h2>\n\t<details class=\"details\">\n\t\t<summary class=\"details-summary\">Want to Purchase a Subscription<\/summary>\n\t\t<div class=\"details-content\">\n\t\t\tYou can purchase within the app.<br>\n\t\t\t<br>\n\t\t\tTap on [Profile] > [Plan you're currently using] > [View Premium Plan] to open the subscription purchase page. You can also purchase from here.<br>\n\t\t\t<br>\n\t\t\t*Please note that the subscription will renew automatically. You will be billed on the settlement start date each month.\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n\t<details class=\"details\">\n\t\t<summary class=\"details-summary\">Have Purchased a Subscription, but the Content is Still Locked<\/summary>\n\t\t<div class=\"details-content\">\n\t\t\tIf you have purchased a subscription but the content is still locked, please follow the steps below to check:\n\t\t\t<ol>\n\t\t\t\t<li>Open [Profile] > [Plan you're currently using and confirm that it's the 'Premium Plan.'<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>Close the app and try again.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>Delete the app from your device and reinstall it for use.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\tIf none of the above methods resolve the issue, please contact us through our inquiry page.\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n\t<details class=\"details\">\n\t\t<summary class=\"details-summary\">Want to Cancel the Subscription<\/summary>\n\t\t<div class=\"details-content\">\n\n\t\t\t\u25a0For iPhone\/iPad<br>\n\t\t\tYou can cancel by tapping \"Settings\" > Apple ID > [Subscriptions] > [Cancel Subscription].<br>\n\t\t\tIf there is no cancel button or a red message indicating that the subscription has expired is displayed, the subscription has already been canceled.<br>\n\t\t\t<br>\n\t\t\tIf you cannot cancel, please contact Apple Support directly.<br>\n\t\t\t<br>\n\t\t\t\u25a0For Android<br>\n\t\t\tYou can cancel by tapping \"Google Play\" > [Subscriptions] > [Cancel Subscription].<br>\n\t\t\tIf there is no cancel button or a red message indicating that the subscription has expired is displayed, the subscription has already been canceled.<br>\n\t\t\t<br>\n\t\t\tIf you cannot cancel, please contact Google Play Support directly.<br>\n\n\n\n\t\t\t<br>\n\t\t\t\u203bNote\n\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t<li>Deleting ReBORN from your device does not cancel the automatic renewal.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>Even after canceling the plan, you can continue to use the service until the expiration date.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n\n\t<h2>Play<\/h2>\n\t<details class=\"details\">\n\t\t<summary class=\"details-summary\">Display position of mini-players<\/summary>\n\t\t<div class=\"details-content\">\n\t\t\tThe playback controls are displayed at the bottom of each page within the app.<br>\n\t\t\tHere, you can check which song is currently playing, and also pause or resume playback as needed.\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n\t<details class=\"details\">\n\t\t<summary class=\"details-summary\">Switching playback players<\/summary>\n\t\t<div class=\"details-content\">\n\t\t\tTo access the full player (the regular playback screen), tap on the mini-player located at the bottom of each page within the app.\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n\t<details class=\"details\">\n\t\t<summary class=\"details-summary\">When the song is still loading and will not play<\/summary>\n\t\t<div class=\"details-content\">\n\t\t\tPlease try to restart the app and update to the latest version, then check again to see if it's working correctly.<br>\n\t\t\t<br>\n\t\t\tAlso, your mobile data communication environment may be affecting its operation.<br>\n\t\t\tImproving your connection might solve the issue.\n\t\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t\t<li>Please use a network with good communication conditions, such as a Wi-Fi connection.<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t<li>Check to see if there is a communication restriction on your mobile data in use.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\tIf the problem persists, please contact us through our inquiry form.\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n\t<details class=\"details\">\n\t\t<summary class=\"details-summary\">Sharing Songs<\/summary>\n\t\t<div class=\"details-content\">\n\t\t\tWhen you tap the share button located at the bottom right of the full player (regular playback screen), a selection screen for sharing options will appear.\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n\t<details class=\"details\">\n\t\t<summary class=\"details-summary\">Downloading Content<\/summary>\n\t\t<div class=\"details-content\">\n\t\t\tWhen you download a song to your device, you can listen to it even in places without an internet connection, such as during flights or in areas with no network coverage.<br>\n\t\t\tTo save the song for offline listening, simply tap the cloud icon located at the bottom right of the full player (regular playback screen).\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n\n\t<h2>Other<\/h2>\n\t<details class=\"details\">\n\t\t<summary class=\"details-summary\">Is ReBORN Free to Use?<\/summary>\n\t\t<div class=\"details-content\">\n\t\t\tReBORN is available for use at no charge.<br>\n\t\t\tTo use all the features, a subscription purchase is required.<br>\n\t\t\t<br>\n\t\t\tPlease be aware that ReBORN does use communication data.<br>\n\t\t\tWe recommend using it in conjunction with a flat-rate data plan or similar.\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/details>\n\t<details class=\"details\">\n\t\t<summary
