Membership Registration Process
There are the following methods to register:
Registration via Apple On the ReBORN home screen, tap [Continue on Apple], and you can automatically log in through the Apple ID registered on your device.
Registration via Email On the ReBORN home screen, tap [Continue with Email address], and enter your email address. You will receive an email for temporary registration to the entered email address. By tapping the URL in the email and setting your password on the displayed page, you can log in.
Registration via Google Account On the ReBORN home screen, tap [Continue with Google] > [Continue], and you can log in through your Google account.

Forgot Password
You can reset your password.
Please log out and follow the steps from [Continue with Email address] > [Forgot password?] to perform the reset.

Subscription
Want to Purchase a Subscription
You can purchase within the app.
Tap on [Profile] > [Plan you're currently using] > [View Premium Plan] to open the subscription purchase page. You can also purchase from here.
*Please note that the subscription will renew automatically. You will be billed on the settlement start date each month.

Have Purchased a Subscription, but the Content is Still Locked
If you have purchased a subscription but the content is still locked, please follow the steps below to check:
- Open [Profile] > [Plan you're currently using and confirm that it's the 'Premium Plan.'
- Close the app and try again.
- Delete the app from your device and reinstall it for use.
Want to Cancel the Subscription
■For iPhone/iPad
You can cancel by tapping "Settings" > Apple ID > [Subscriptions] > [Cancel Subscription].
If there is no cancel button or a red message indicating that the subscription has expired is displayed, the subscription has already been canceled.
If you cannot cancel, please contact Apple Support directly.

You can cancel by tapping "Google Play" > [Subscriptions] > [Cancel Subscription].

- Deleting ReBORN from your device does not cancel the automatic renewal.
- Even after canceling the plan, you can continue to use the service until the expiration date.
Play
Display position of mini-players
The playback controls are displayed at the bottom of each page within the app.
Here, you can check which song is currently playing, and also pause or resume playback as needed.

Switching playback players
To access the full player (the regular playback screen), tap on the mini-player located at the bottom of each page within the app.
When the song is still loading and will not play
Please try to restart the app and update to the latest version, then check again to see if it's working correctly.
Also, your mobile data communication environment may be affecting its operation.

Sharing Songs
When you tap the share button located at the bottom right of the full player (regular playback screen), a selection screen for sharing options will appear.
Downloading Content
When you download a song to your device, you can listen to it even in places without an internet connection, such as during flights or in areas with no network coverage.
To save the song for offline listening, simply tap the cloud icon located at the bottom right of the full player (regular playback screen).

Is ReBORN Free to Use?
ReBORN is available for use at no charge.
To use all the features, a subscription purchase is required.
Please be aware that ReBORN does use communication data.
We recommend using it in conjunction with a flat-rate data plan or similar.

Deleting Your Account

If you delete your account, you will not be able to view your history and other information.
You can delete your account by tapping [Profile] > [Account Settings] > [Delete the account].
